Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receive the goods.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by using our “Withdraw from Purchase” function or by contacting our customer service before the withdrawal period expires.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the product, including any standard delivery charges, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.

Exceptions for Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized for you.

This includes products featuring:

• name embroidery;
• initials embroidery;
• logos;
• other customer-specific customizations.

Such products generally cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Changes or Cancellation of Personalized Products

If you wish to change or cancel an order for a personalized product, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to amend or cancel the order. Once production has begun, the order can generally no longer be cancelled.
